Orange Peach Oat Smoothie

Ingredients

  • ¼ cup Quaker® Oats (Quick or Old Fashioned, uncooked)
  • ½ cup low-fat milk
  • ⅓ cup plain yogurt
  • ¼ cup orange juice
  • 1 teaspoon lemon juice
  • ½ cup peaches
  • 1 teaspoon honey
  • ½ cup ice

Cooking Directions

  1. Place all ingredients in a blender and blend until smooth.
For a smoother consistency, microwave the oats with 1/4 cup water for 1 minute, cool, then add to blender.
