Ingredients

  • ¾ cup Bibb lettuce
  • ½ cup cooked brown rice
  • ½ cup soybeans
  • ¼ chopped scallions
  • ¼ cup sliced shiitake mushrooms
  • ½ cup cucumber ribbons
  • 1 sliced avocado
  • 2 tablespoons teriyaki glaze
  • ¼ teaspoon poppy seeds

Cooking Directions

  1. Cover the interior of a bowl with Bibb lettuce and add a layer of cooked brown rice.
  2. Stuff the bowl with soybeans, scallions, shiitake mushrooms, cucumber ribbons, sliced avocado, and Dietz & Watson Teriyaki Chicken.
