Ingredients

  • 1 tablespoon vegetable or olive oil
  • 4 boneless skinless chicken breast halves
  • 2 cups chicken broth
  • 1 (8 ounce) bag Birds Eye® Recipe Ready Chopped Celery
  • 2 cups stuffing mix
  • 1 apple, cored and diced
  • 1 cup shredded Cheddar cheese

Cooking Directions

  1. Heat oil in large nonstick skillet over medium-high heat and cook chicken, turning once, 8 minutes or until thoroughly cooked.* Remove chicken from pan.
  2. Add broth and Recipe Ready Celery to skillet; bring to a boil over high heat. Continue boiling 1 minute. Stir in stuffing mix and apple. Remove from heat.
  3. Arrange chicken in skillet and sprinkle with cheese. Stand covered 5 minutes.
*Cook chicken to an internal temperature of 165 degrees F as measured with a food thermometer.
