Ingredients

  • 12 ounces NO YOLKS® Extra Broad Noodles
  • 2 cups sour cream
  • 4 ounces half-and-half
  • 1 teaspoon Worcestershire sauce
  • ¼ cup finely chopped green onions
  • 2 tablespoons chopped parsley
  • ½ teaspoon salt
  • ¼ teaspoon garlic powder
  • ¼ teaspoon pepper
  • ¼ cup grated Parmesan cheese

Cooking Directions

  1. Prepare noodles according to package directions; drain.
  2. In a large saucepan, combine sour cream, half-and-half and Worcestershire sauce. Stir over low heat until smooth and just warm. Add onions, parsley, salt, garlic powder and pepper. Stir in noodles. Serve topped with Parmesan cheese.
